Tuesday Abby and I got up early and went for a run! It was so fun to run along the beach and smell the salty air! We even saw some dolphins jumping in the distance!
The kids were so excited to go to the beach, that we were toes in the sand at 9 am! It was still pretty chilly but we are tourists what do we know?!?

After all the fun at the beach and pool we got ready and went down to old town SD.
We went on a tour at the Mormon battalion, it was pretty cool the kids panned for gold, rode stick horses etc!
For dinner we went to this delightful little Mexican place! It was taco Tuesday so Mat got a fat hookup on a variety of Taco's!
They had had a ballon twister guy, the kids loved that!
Me and Cub got bored waiting for the check, also pictures to prove I was really on the vacation too!
What a fun day! The kids were so worn out and slept like rocks! On the agenda for Wednesday...

I am not sure who was more excited, me or the kids?!?!?
